  溫馨提示:面試時(shí)問(wèn)缺點(diǎn)怎么回答?

  1、 根據(jù)HR水平給予不同的回答

  前面筆者說(shuō)了,這真的是一個(gè)很low的問(wèn)題,所以問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的可能是HR小白,這個(gè)情況你需要表達(dá)的.真誠(chéng)一點(diǎn)讓HR知道你尊重他并且在認(rèn)真回答他的問(wèn)題,就說(shuō)一些無(wú)關(guān)緊要,或者把優(yōu)點(diǎn)偽裝成缺點(diǎn)也ok。

  但是假如HR是個(gè)非常專(zhuān)業(yè)且經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的話,一定要慎重回答,要么他已經(jīng)看出你的問(wèn)題,要么就是看你有沒(méi)有機(jī)智表現(xiàn)的能力。但是切記不要耍小聰明,他們會(huì)一眼看出來(lái)并覺(jué)得你不真誠(chéng)。

  2、 避開(kāi)所應(yīng)聘職位最忌諱的缺點(diǎn)

  如果你犯這個(gè)錯(cuò)誤,筆者只能說(shuō)你不適合在職場(chǎng)混。如果你應(yīng)聘的是銷(xiāo)售,卻告訴HR你不善言辭,不擅長(zhǎng)人際交往,那么HR想幫你也不能了。所以缺點(diǎn)可以說(shuō),但一定即能表達(dá)真誠(chéng),又無(wú)傷大雅。

  這里有一點(diǎn)需要注意,有些HR會(huì)直接問(wèn)你關(guān)于職位或者是個(gè)人的缺點(diǎn),而有些則不會(huì)這么局限,你盡量回答關(guān)于個(gè)人的一些對(duì)他人無(wú)影響的缺點(diǎn)即可。

  3、 在沒(méi)有特點(diǎn)限制的情況下盡量以過(guò)去時(shí)態(tài)回答

  比如你的缺點(diǎn)是比較缺乏變通。那么你可以用過(guò)去式描述,告訴對(duì)方之前跟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)溝通中發(fā)現(xiàn)自己這個(gè)缺點(diǎn),如果可以拿實(shí)際例子說(shuō)明更好。但是一定要是一個(gè)好結(jié)果的例子。

  千萬(wàn)別以最后跟領(lǐng)導(dǎo)死犟為結(jié)局講給HR聽(tīng),而應(yīng)該以開(kāi)始反思自己這個(gè)缺點(diǎn),最終和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)達(dá)成共識(shí)為結(jié)尾,這樣會(huì)讓HR知道你最終還是會(huì)尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意見(jiàn),而不是一意孤行。
