G20峰會(huì)：習(xí)近平講話要點(diǎn)(雙語(yǔ))
2015年11月15日，二十國(guó)集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第十次峰會(huì)在土耳其安塔利亞舉行。
今年G20峰會(huì)(Group of 20 Summit)的主題是“共同行動(dòng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)包容和穩(wěn)健增長(zhǎng)”(Collective Action for Inclusive and Robust Growth)。與會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人圍繞世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)、全面增長(zhǎng)戰(zhàn)略、就業(yè)和投資等議題發(fā)表看法。
國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平出席并發(fā)表題為《創(chuàng)新增長(zhǎng)路徑 共享發(fā)展成果》的重要講話。

➤二十國(guó)集團(tuán)既要治標(biāo)以求眼下穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)，又要治本以謀長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)添動(dòng)力。
G20 should work to maintain a stable economic growth in the short term, while seeking to inject new impetus into the world economy in the long run.
➤這次國(guó)際金融危機(jī)復(fù)雜程度遠(yuǎn)超以往，解決起來絕非一日之功。
The current financial crisis is far more complex than any of the previous crises, and it can not be fixed overnight.
➤習(xí)近平提出了四點(diǎn)建議：
第一，加強(qiáng)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，形成政策和行動(dòng)合力。
Strengthen communication and coordination on macroeconomic policies.
第二，推動(dòng)改革創(chuàng)新，增強(qiáng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中長(zhǎng)期增長(zhǎng)潛力。
Promote reform and innovation to enhance growth potential.
第三，構(gòu)建開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，激發(fā)國(guó)際貿(mào)易和投資活力。
Build an open world economy to bring out vigor in international trade and investment.
第四，落實(shí)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程，為公平包容發(fā)展注入強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力。
Implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to inject strong impetus into equitable and inclusive development.
➤中國(guó)有信心、有能力保持經(jīng)濟(jì)中高速增長(zhǎng)，繼續(xù)為各國(guó)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造機(jī)遇。
China, as the world's second largest economy, has the confidence and ability to sustain a medium-high growth rate and continue to create development opportunities for other countries.
➤中國(guó)在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)最困難的時(shí)刻，承擔(dān)了拉動(dòng)增長(zhǎng)的重任。2009年到2011年間，中國(guó)對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到50%以上。
China shouldered the responsibility of driving economic growth in times of the world economic hardship. China had contributed up to 50% of world economic growth from 2009 to 2011.
➤目前，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速雖有所放緩，對(duì)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率仍在30%以上，仍是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)重要?jiǎng)恿υ础?/p>
Despite a recent slowdown, China still contributes 30% to world economic growth, which means that China still acts as a major world economic powerhouse.
➤未來5年，中國(guó)將按照創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的發(fā)展理念，著力實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，堅(jiān)持新型工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化同步發(fā)展;
In the next five years, China will adhere to a path of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development, and will encourage a system that nurtures innovation. The country will try to realize the synchronous development of the new type of industrialization, IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization.
➤堅(jiān)持綠色低碳發(fā)展，改善環(huán)境質(zhì)量;堅(jiān)持深度融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)，落實(shí)“一帶一路”倡議;
In the coming years, China will highlight green and low-carbon development, improve its environmental quality, become heavily involved in global economy, and carry out the Belt and Road Initiative.
➤堅(jiān)持全面保障和改善民生，使發(fā)展成果更多更公平惠及全體人民。
The world's second largest economy will continue to vigorously improve its people's well-being and ensure that the benefits of development are shared by all.
什么是G20?
二十國(guó)集團(tuán)(the Group of Twenty, G20)由19個(gè)國(guó)家(阿根廷Argentina、澳大利亞Australia、巴西Brazil、加拿大Canada、中國(guó)China、法國(guó)France、德國(guó)Germany、印度India、印度尼西亞Indonesia、意大利Italy、日本Japan、韓國(guó)South Korea、墨西哥Mexico、俄羅斯Russia、沙特阿拉伯Saudi Arabia、南非South Africa、土耳其Turkey、英國(guó)United Kingdom、美國(guó)United States)和歐盟(the European Union)構(gòu)成。
二十國(guó)集團(tuán)經(jīng)濟(jì)體的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人每年召開一次會(huì)議，而二十國(guó)集團(tuán)的財(cái)政部長(zhǎng)與央行行長(zhǎng)每年會(huì)召開數(shù)次會(huì)議，商討提振全球經(jīng)濟(jì)(strengthen the global economy)、改革全球金融機(jī)構(gòu)(reform international financial institutions)、改進(jìn)金融規(guī)章(improve financial regulation)以及在每個(gè)成員經(jīng)濟(jì)體實(shí)施必要的經(jīng)濟(jì)改革(implement the key economic reforms that are needed in each member economy)的方式。
