1、交通信息
大會(huì)組委會(huì)將為您提供從上海虹橋國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)、上海浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)、上海虹橋高鐵站、杭州蕭山國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)、杭州高鐵東站、桐鄉(xiāng)高鐵站到烏鎮(zhèn)會(huì)場(chǎng)的往返接送服務(wù)。建議您乘坐大會(huì)專車(chē)前往酒店和會(huì)場(chǎng)。

2、簽到
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簽到臺(tái)設(shè)在烏鎮(zhèn)和嘉興。大會(huì)組委會(huì)工作人員會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)將您指引到你所對(duì)應(yīng)的注冊(cè)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簽到。請(qǐng)您于12月15日憑從大會(huì)官網(wǎng)上下載的二維碼或者有效護(hù)照/身份證前往辦理簽到手續(xù)，并領(lǐng)取嘉賓證、會(huì)議材料及房卡等。

3、住宿酒店
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簽到后，請(qǐng)您在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作人員的指引下乘坐大會(huì)班車(chē)前往酒店辦理入住手續(xù)。敬請(qǐng)攜帶好身份證件以便辦理入住手續(xù)。
4、大會(huì)開(kāi)幕式
由于場(chǎng)地有限，16日大會(huì)開(kāi)幕式安排在華美宮、宮音廳和烏鎮(zhèn)大劇院三個(gè)地點(diǎn)，請(qǐng)您仔細(xì)閱讀邀請(qǐng)函準(zhǔn)時(shí)前往指定會(huì)場(chǎng)。
5、網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)
會(huì)議期間組委會(huì)將在酒店及會(huì)場(chǎng)提供免費(fèi)Wi-Fi。
6、語(yǔ)言
大會(huì)以中文、英文為主要工作語(yǔ)言。開(kāi)幕式上將提供中、英、俄、法同聲傳譯;其他論壇提供中、英同聲傳譯。
7、天氣
烏鎮(zhèn)隸屬桐鄉(xiāng)市地處東南沿海，屬典型的亞熱帶季風(fēng)氣候。12月份氣候干燥是當(dāng)?shù)氐亩�，體感溫度較低，請(qǐng)您攜帶冬衣，防寒保暖。
8、著裝
開(kāi)、閉幕式和論壇請(qǐng)著正裝或民族服裝;其他活動(dòng)請(qǐng)著商務(wù)休閑裝。在景區(qū)內(nèi)步行，建議著低跟或者平跟鞋。

Dear Participants
It is our honor and pleasure to have you at the 2nd World Internet Conference (Wuzhen Summit) (WIC), which will be held from 16th to 18th December 2015 in the West Scenic Zone of Wuzhen, Tongxiang County of Zhejiang Province, China. We’d love to bring to your notice the following logistic arrangements.
1. Transportation
A complimentary round-trip shuttle bus is available to Wuzhen from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Hangzhou East Railway Station, and Tongxiang Railway Station. We recommend you to take the shuttle bus to the hotel and the Conference venue.
The shuttle bus from airports/railway stations to Wuzhen will be available from 6:00 am to 24:00 pm of 15th December and from 00:00 am to 12:00 am of 16th .
Please look for the following Pick-up Signatthe arriving hall of the airports or railway stations, where staff of the Organizing Committee will guide you to the shuttle bus.
2. Registration
The registration desks are at Wuzhen and Jiaxing. Staff of the Organizing Committee will guide you to your sign-in spot. Please sign in on 15th December with the QR code downloaded from the official WIC website or your passport or ID card. After registration, you will receive the guest card, relative materials of the WIC and the room card.

3. Accommodation
After registration, please head for the hotel by the shuttle bus, and check in at the hotel with your passport or ID card.
4. Opening ceremony
On 16th December,the WIC opening ceremony will be held at Huamei Hall, Gongyin Hall and the Wuzhen Theatre simultaneously due to limited space. Please read the invitation letter carefully and arrive at the designated place on time.
5. Internet service
You will enjoy free Wi-Fi access at the hotels and the WIC venue.
6. Languages
The main working languages of the WIC are Chinese and English. There will be simultaneous interpretation of Chinese, English, Russian, and French at the opening ceremony, and simultaneous interpretation of Chinese and English at other forums.
7. Weather
Wuzhen is located at the southeast coast of China, and boasts a typical subtropical monsoon climate. Given the dry weather and low apparent temperature in December, winter clothes are recommended.
8. Dress Code
Formal suits or national costumes are recommended for the opening and closing ceremonies and the forums, while smart casual for other activities. Low-heeled shoes or flats are recommended for long walk in the West Scenic Zone.
