　　Job Description: ─ Key responsibility is for design new product, project management & improvement existing products. detail as following:

　　1. Develop a project plan with defined design activities, responsible parties, completion date, review, verification and validation as well as periodic meeting among team members.

　　1.1 Collect new product development information from DeLonghi office of Italy and develop new product developed schedule.

　　1.2 Design new product structure by Tricom R&D department as per provided new product shape，trigger document and/or design requirement& new product spec. from DeLonghi office of Italy :

　　1.3 Arrange to make the functional prototype sample by supplier or ourselves,Design modification and make 2D drawing, assembly & explode drawing.

　　1.4 Arrange the meeting with concerned design team members to conduct design review of the design results for prototype samples (Investigate and select mechanical components, assemblies& materials; Make design & performance analysis):

　　1.5 Tooling quotation and product quotation for the new product, and design confirmation by DeLonghi.

　　1.6 Work with tooling department/toolmaker to specify all detail parts; Follow up and/or push to make and trial tooling and tooling modification.

　　1.7 Design verification and design validation(EB,PP,MP).

　　2. Oversee and coordinate the schedule of the design and development, and ensure design activities are carryed out according to the project plan，Report engineering manager the project schedule .

　　3. Coordinate improvement program after new product launch--cost down, quality improvement, scrap reduction, production efficiency and so on.

　　─ Provide technical support to relevant departments (such as Marketing,QC,Purchase,mould department, tool maker,production) and solve problem encountered.
