　　P.S. 對(duì)于還沒(méi)接觸過(guò)英國(guó)議會(huì)制辯論的大家，一般motion以This House(本院)開(kāi)頭，為Government(政府，正方)立場(chǎng)，反之則為Opposition(反對(duì)黨)立場(chǎng)。

　　此外，英國(guó)議會(huì)制辯論在辯題公布之后只有15分鐘準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間，每位辯手上臺(tái)半即興發(fā)言7分鐘，期間不允許使用電子設(shè)備上網(wǎng)查資料，對(duì)個(gè)人知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備和短時(shí)間內(nèi)構(gòu)建邏輯論理框架能力都是一次挑戰(zhàn)!

　　· 積分賽(Preliminary)

　　第一輪：本院相信，美國(guó)應(yīng)該在伊斯蘭世界出資建立溫和派講經(jīng)學(xué)校(教授伊斯蘭教教義的宗教學(xué)校)。

　　R1: This House believes that the United States of America should fund moderate Madrassas (schools of Islamic study) throughout the Islamic world.

　　第二輪：本院將在受害者同意的前提下，允許初次犯罪者以金錢(qián)賠償代替監(jiān)獄服刑。

　　R2: This House would allow first-time offenders to, with the consent of their victims, pay compensation to them in place of a prison sentence.

　　第三輪：本院對(duì)“勾搭文化”的興起感到遺憾。

　　R3: This House regrets the rise of a ‘hook-up culture’.

　　第四輪：本院相信，發(fā)展中國(guó)家應(yīng)該禁止“政治王朝”的成員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)民選政府。

　　R4: This House believes that Developing Countries should ban members of political dynasties from standing for elected office.

　　第五輪：本院相信，跨太平洋戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)議(TPP)符合中小協(xié)商國(guó)的的利益。

　　R5: This House believes that the Trans-Pacific Partnership is in the interests of the small and medium-sized negotiating countries.

　　第六輪：本院將以使用長(zhǎng)效可逆避孕措施(LARC)為條件，發(fā)放育兒福利補(bǔ)貼。

　　R6: THW make the receipt of welfare payments to raise children conditional on the use of long-term, but reversible contraception.

　　第七輪：本院相信，藥品監(jiān)管有關(guān)政府機(jī)構(gòu)在允許藥物向公眾銷(xiāo)售前，應(yīng)該只測(cè)試藥物安全性，而不測(cè)試藥物有效性。

　　R7: THBT government agencies that regulate drugs should only test whether a drug is safe, not whether it is effective, before approving it for public use.

　　第八輪：本院相信，北大西洋公約組織應(yīng)該無(wú)條件為除俄羅斯外的前蘇聯(lián)成員國(guó)提供加入資格。

　　R8: THBT NATO should unconditionally offer membership to former statesof the Soviet Union, excluding Russia.

　　第九輪：本院對(duì)原住民文化的商品化表示遺憾。

　　R9: TH regrets the commodification of indigenous cultures.

　　Semi-finals: THBT the gay rights movement should abandon the claim thatsexuality is not a choice.

　　總決賽：本院相信，跨國(guó)公司應(yīng)該為其供應(yīng)鏈中任一處出現(xiàn)的人權(quán)侵犯行為負(fù)責(zé)。

　　Grand final: THBT multinational companies should be liable for human rights abuses that occur anywhere in their supply chain.

　　· ESL(以英語(yǔ)作為第二語(yǔ)言組)淘汰賽

　　ESL Break:

　　四分之一決賽：對(duì)于在道德上有所爭(zhēng)議的客體，本院將取消所有對(duì)其版權(quán)的保護(hù)。

　　Quarter-finals: THW remove all copyright protection for material deemed to be morally objectionable.

　　半決賽：本院相信，天主教教宗弗朗西斯應(yīng)該公開(kāi)鼓勵(lì)天主教徒支持激進(jìn)的再分配政策。

　　Semi-finals: THBT Pope Francis should publicly encourage Catholics to support radically redistributive government policies.

　　總決賽：本院將允許一國(guó)支付另一國(guó)，以安置在其邊境的避難者。

　　Grand Final: THW allow countries to pay other countries to settle asylum-seekers at their borders.

　　· 公開(kāi)淘汰賽

　　Open Break:

　　十六分之一決賽：本院將廢除在發(fā)展中國(guó)家建立的，帶門(mén)禁的住宅區(qū)。

　　Double Octo-finals: THW abolish gated communities in the developing world.

　　八分之一決賽：本院相信，日本應(yīng)該讓參與二戰(zhàn)的士兵感到恥辱，包括并沒(méi)有犯下戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)罪的士兵。

　　Octo-finals: THBT Japan should shame its soldiers who participated in WWII, including those who did not commit war crimes themselves.

　　四分之一決賽：本院將拍賣(mài)對(duì)破產(chǎn)城市的長(zhǎng)期盈利性管理權(quán)。

　　Quarter-finals: THW auction off the long-term right to govern bankruptcities for profit.

　　半決賽：本院相信，女性應(yīng)該拒絕改造其生殖器外觀的行為，如蜜蠟除毛和陰唇整形手術(shù)。

　　Semi-finals: THBT women should reject practices that alter the appearance of their genitalia, such as waxing and labiaplasty.

　　總決賽：本院相信，印度應(yīng)該采取激進(jìn)的自由市場(chǎng)政策，包括但不限于：放松勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)管制，允許更多外商直接投資和國(guó)有企業(yè)私有化。

　　Grand Final:This House believes that India should adopt aggressive freemarket policies, including but not limited to deregulating labour market,allowing greater level of foreign direct investments and privatizingstate-owned enterprises.

　　Master Rounds:

　　第一輪：本院相信，女權(quán)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)該積極將女性從預(yù)設(shè)的性別分工模式中解放出來(lái)。

　　R1: THBT the feminist movement should actively fight to liberate men from their prescribed gender roles.

　　第二輪：本院將重新劃分非洲國(guó)家的國(guó)界。

　　R2: THW redraw the borders of Africa.

　　總決賽：本院絕不會(huì)以種族定義與劃分民眾。

　　Grand Final: THW never categorize people by their race.
