社區(qū)愛國衛(wèi)生月宣傳簡報(bào)

　　(1)稱呼用語

　　信函中使用的禮節(jié)性稱呼很多。一般說來，給男士寫信用“Mr.”(先生)，給女士寫信用“Miss”(小姐)、“ Mrs.”(夫人)或“ Ms.”(女士)。近年來，越來越多的人喜歡用“Ms.”來籠統(tǒng)地稱呼女性，這樣可以避免判斷不清對(duì)方婚否等敏感話題所帶來的尷尬，是一種大趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)然，也可以根據(jù)收信人的身份，用學(xué)位、頭銜等常用詞后綴收信人的姓，例如：Dr.(Doctor，博士)Zhang，Prof.(Professor,教授)Zhou， Pres.(President，經(jīng)理、會(huì)長、校長)Liu,等等。如果對(duì)收信人的性別、姓名、職務(wù)或其他資料掌握不多的話，用一句“Dear sir or madam”最合適。如果收信人不是具體的某個(gè)人而是機(jī)關(guān)或者單位，則只寫負(fù)責(zé)人的職位和公司或者機(jī)構(gòu)的名稱，如:The Manager, CP Group或The President，Jinghui Company等。

　　(2)正文的表達(dá)方法舉例

　　開頭部分:

　　My interest in the position of … has prompted me to forward my resume for your review and consideration.

　　因?yàn)閷?duì)××一職感興趣，所以奉上我的簡歷，請(qǐng)查閱和考慮。

　　Learning from Mr. × that you are wanting a … I would like to apply to this position.

　　從×先生那里得知，貴單位正在招聘××人選，我愿意應(yīng)聘此職。

　　The … position advertised in ×× on × × intrigues me. I believe you will find me well-qualified.

　　我對(duì)×月×日《××》上刊登的××一職很感興趣。相信您將發(fā)現(xiàn)我是這一職位的合適人選。

　　My desire to be one of your group prompted me to forward the attached for your consideration.

　　我想成為您團(tuán)隊(duì)中的一員，這種強(qiáng)烈愿望促使我向您奉上我的相關(guān)資料，希望您給予考慮。

　　I am writing to apply for the … position issued on your homepage. I believe my major and experiences will qualify me for the job.

　　根據(jù)貴公司網(wǎng)站主頁上發(fā)布的招聘信息，給您寫這封求職信，欲應(yīng)聘××。相信我的專業(yè)和從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)將能夠勝任這份工作。

　　Having noticed the advertisement in today's ××TV Channel 1, I wish to apply for the position referred to.

　　我想申請(qǐng)?jiān)诮裉?times;×電視臺(tái)1頻道的廣告中所提及的職位。

　　自我推薦:

　　I feel that I have the qualifications necessary to effectively handle the responsibilities of the position.

　　我認(rèn)為自己具備高效率工作所必需的素質(zhì)。

　　With more than two years of experience working as a part-time … in ×××× Technology Corp., I believe that I would

　　be an excellent candidate of the position.

　　擁有在××××技術(shù)公司××方面長達(dá)兩年的兼職經(jīng)驗(yàn)，所以我相信自己是該職位出色的候選者。

　　I will finish my Bachelor’s Degree in July at ×× University. I am currently seeking full-time employment as an English teacher.

　　我將于今年7月完成××大學(xué)的本科學(xué)習(xí)，現(xiàn)在正在謀求全職英語教師一職。

　　I am presently a senior in good standing at ×× University, due to graduate in July receiving a Bachelor’s Degree with a

　　major in accounting. Enclosed please find the details and kindly for your consideration.

　　For the past three years, I have achieved satisfactory scores in my studies and been awarded scholarships several times. I

　　have a good command of computer, as well as English, due to my industriousness.

　　結(jié)尾部分:

　　The enclosed resume explicates my qualifications for the position advertised. I expect the opportunity to personally discuss my qualifications with you at your convenience.

　　附件中的簡歷詳細(xì)說明了我具備招聘廣告中所要求的素質(zhì)。我期待著在您方便時(shí)有機(jī)會(huì)與您面談。

　　Thank you for your attention to my resume. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you to further discuss my qualifications and your needs.

　　感謝您對(duì)我的關(guān)注。希望有機(jī)會(huì)跟您進(jìn)一步討論我的資歷和您的要求。

　　(3)附件的表達(dá)

　　如果求職信帶有附件，可以用Enclosure或者縮寫形式Enc.進(jìn)行表達(dá)。要注意在此項(xiàng)下附件的份數(shù)及種類。如果是兩個(gè)以上的附件，注意要用復(fù)數(shù)形式Encls.或者Enclosures。如：3Enclosures: An Autobiography; A Photocopy of Degree Certificate; A Photograph。

　　(4)結(jié)束用語

　　結(jié)束用語是寫在結(jié)尾的告別話語，也稱結(jié)尾問候語。位于正文下面隔兩三行的位置，一般從中間偏右的地方開始寫起。常用的結(jié)束用語主要有：Sincerely, Yours sincerely, Yours truthful, Yours faithfully, Yours truly, Yours等，首字母大寫而且每個(gè)詞后都要加逗號(hào)。
