　　good evening , ladies and gentlemen . i am joy and glad to give you a speech about stress , yes , just the topic you see on the screen. psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life . statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering .

　　as students in the university , we are also under our special stress . while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a 1 deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents‘s greater expectations on us than we could reach . later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us .

　　i think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we‘ve learned at college in our future job .

　　我們考試的時(shí)候，聽力填詞或者做題都需要我們掌握詞匯，聽懂英語。這是一門語言，我們就應(yīng)該進(jìn)行練習(xí)，多說多看，如果有時(shí)間，我們可以看一些英語書籍，鍛煉自己的英語學(xué)習(xí)能力，學(xué)習(xí)更多的詞匯。學(xué)習(xí)不可能一蹴而就，全靠每天努力學(xué)習(xí)，我們學(xué)習(xí)英語的重點(diǎn)分為單詞，語法，聽力這三方面。

　　對(duì)于單詞，我們就應(yīng)該多記多背，單詞需要每天記憶，而且需要重復(fù)記憶，如果你當(dāng)天記住了這個(gè)單詞，但你卻不愿意一直復(fù)習(xí)，總會(huì)有一天忘記。我們除了學(xué)習(xí)新單詞，更要復(fù)習(xí)已經(jīng)學(xué)過的單詞，現(xiàn)在我們需要學(xué)習(xí)的單詞比較少，那我們就應(yīng)該把他們完全掌握。比如我們每天學(xué)習(xí)十個(gè)單詞，兩天后我們就必須要再次溫習(xí)我們學(xué)過的單詞，如果這樣感覺記憶非常累，那么我們可以通過閱讀英語文章來加強(qiáng)單詞記憶，并且每天堅(jiān)持，只要我們每天都按時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)，掌握更多的單詞我們的基礎(chǔ)就能夠打牢固，這樣就方便了接下來的學(xué)習(xí)。

　　掌握了單詞后，我們就應(yīng)該認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)語法，畢竟西方的說話習(xí)慣，與我們不同，而且表達(dá)的意思也有出入，我們不但要掌握各種句型，更要明白如何運(yùn)用，現(xiàn)在有很多有關(guān)語法的書籍可以供我們參考，老師上課所講的語法比較少，我們也可以利用時(shí)間多學(xué)一些語法，學(xué)習(xí)語法不但可以讓我們掌握英語說話習(xí)慣，也能夠讓我們復(fù)習(xí)鞏固所學(xué)的單詞。對(duì)我們的幫助很大。練習(xí)語法的'最好辦法，就是多做題，通過不同的題型練習(xí)自己的語法熟練度，而且各種語法我們必須要背誦掌握下來，當(dāng)我們記住的語法多了，習(xí)慣成自然，就不會(huì)覺得這些語法難以接受。

　　在英語考試中聽力是鍛煉我們英語溝通能力，如果我們學(xué)習(xí)了英語，卻不會(huì)用英語溝通，而且別人說的英語自己也聽不懂，那不是等于沒學(xué)嗎。我們之所以學(xué)習(xí)英語最主要的目的就是為了更好溝通，所以想要練習(xí)自己的聽力，我們不但要多聽英語磁帶，更要多說，要糾正自己的發(fā)音，勤學(xué)苦練中能夠?qū)W到更多。每天不能忘記自己的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，堅(jiān)持學(xué)習(xí)。可以利用早自習(xí)時(shí)間好好練習(xí)。

　　其實(shí)說來說去都離不開一點(diǎn)，那就是勤奮，學(xué)英語要勤奮，而且要學(xué)會(huì)利用時(shí)間，畢竟英語是一門語言，我們要掌握這門語言，就必須要勤加練習(xí)，多記多背。

　　George had a friend. His name was Mark. One day George offered to take Mark up in his plane. Mark thought, "I've travelled in a big plane several times, but I've never been in a small one, so I'll go."

　　They went up, and George flew around for half an hour and did all kinds of tricks in the air.

　　When they came down again, Mark was very glad to be back safely, and he said to his friend in a shaking voice, "Well, George, thank you very much for those two trips in your plane."

　　如果我當(dāng)選了英語科代表的話，我會(huì)更加嚴(yán)格要求自己，比如：

　　2、看到不會(huì)的單詞我馬上查詞典并寫上意思。

　　3 、同學(xué)們有不會(huì)的地方我會(huì)義不容辭地教他們。

　　但是，我當(dāng)選以后，我對(duì)同學(xué)們的.要求是：

　　每天上英語課的時(shí)候要認(rèn)真。作業(yè)一定按時(shí)交齊，誰沒交我就讓他抄課文一遍并補(bǔ)上作業(yè)。
