My Lifestyle 我的生活方式

　　Let me tell you a little about my lifestyle.

　　讓我告訴你一點(diǎn)我的生活方式。

　　I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. I brush my teeth once a day. I run in the morning, and play ping-pong after school. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the Internet. On weekends, I often go to the movies with my friends.

　　我經(jīng)常吃水果和蔬菜。蘋(píng)果和桔子是我的最?lèi)?ài)。我也喜歡垃圾食品，每周吃三四次。我每天睡不到七個(gè)小時(shí)。我經(jīng)常感到困。我每天刷牙一次。我早上跑步，放學(xué)后打乒乓球。在我的空閑時(shí)間，我喜歡上網(wǎng)。周末，我經(jīng)常和朋友去看電影。

　　I think Im kind of unhealthy. I shouldnt eat too much junk food. Ill try to have a balanced diet and sleep more. I should brush my teeth twice a day. I hope I can have a better lifestyle.

　　我覺(jué)得我有點(diǎn)不健康。我不應(yīng)該吃太多垃圾食品。我會(huì)盡量均衡飲食，多睡一會(huì)兒。我應(yīng)該每天刷牙兩次。我希望我能有一個(gè)更好的生活方式。
