Respected Sir,
I recently came to know from an online source about the vacant position of a Real Estate financial analyst in your organization. I am writing this letter to apply for the same. Over the past two years, I have successfully performed financial analysis within syndication model and property level acquisitions. I am having a vast experience of reviewing and analyzing development and operating pro-formas, tax credit applications, financial statements, construction and environmental reports and market studies to help determine project feasibility, strength of development partner and financial return.
I am a goal-oriented person with highly developed spread sheets and analytical skills. In my current job, I have successfully produced a number of budgeting and forecasting programs and repayment spread sheets. I also work closely with my investment manager to collate and analyze market data to provide market-based growth information. I am highly organized and proficient with computer applications including Reuters, BondEdge. Having taken language classes in university and during my professional career, I am fluent in French, Cantonese and Malay and am very comfortable in doing business in Asian countries if required.
