iftheengagedpartysubmitshisresignationinthecourseofhisservice,theengagingpartyshallstoppayingtheengagedpartythesalaryfromthedaywhenhisresignationisapprovedbytheengagingparty,andtheengagedpartyshallnolongerenjoythesalaryandbenefitsstipulated.7本合同自受聘方到職之日起生效，聘請屆滿即自行失效。如一方要求延長聘期，必須在本合同期滿之前向?qū)Ψ教岢�，�?jīng)雙方協(xié)商確認(rèn)后，在另行簽定延長聘期合同。
